My wife and I have been searching for a camper that we could tow with our family hauler, and fits our family and our budget. Over the last 2 years we have stopped into numerous showrooms and because we are new to the world of RVs and have more questions than money, we generally find salespeople are in a rush and rather annoyed with our stupid questions. However, a month ago we stopped by Kramer's Kampers with another LONG list of questions and let them know we had no intention on making a purchase. Malcom proceeded to answer EVERY question we had about the trailer; about towing and even about trailer camping in general. We never felt pressured and after doing a little more research, we called back and bought the camper last week which, by the way, was listed at a fair and very competitive price. From start to finish the entire team made us feel comfortable and even excited to get out there and make some memories.

We bought our Lance 2375 from Kramers. The salesperson, Malcolm, did a great job walking us through the experience of understanding what travel trailer is best for us. This is family owned store that appreciates the value of a customer and provides personal attention and is timely in responding. Kramers solved my problem! I had no end of toilet troubles with the stock Dometic toilet in my trailer. They replaced the toilet with a Thetford and all is well!

Went from Lakeland Florida to Zion, Illinois to purchase our 2020 Salem Hemisphere. Traveled 2400 miles R/T and what a wonderful experience, Malcolm was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Would purchase from them again, highly recommend them. The office personnel was very nice and friendly as well.

As a first time travel trailer owner, I had a LOT of (silly) questions. Malcolm was very patient with me and spent a lot of time answering my questions, always adding details and background information so I could understand the bigger picture.

We live in Southern Wisconsin and have been to Kramer's Kampers many times for parts and service. We have always found them to be excellent to work with. The quality of their work is outstanding, and very fairly priced! They just finished a repair job on our Lance 1191, which was done well and on time. They worked with our insurance company to file the claim and the process was very smooth. This is a family-run business and it shows in the care they take of the customers!

I stopped by for the first time today. Great friendly service. I was able to purchase a new 20 lb propane tank and have it filled immediately. They offer propane refills as well. Highly recommend stopping by if you need any service they provide.

I prefer to do business with real people in real stores whenever possible. I have found that real people in real stores generally stand behind what they are selling, especially if it is a small family business. Kramer's is not a chain store-- most of the folks who work there are Kramers. You will not be dealing with some slick kid salesman who could just as well be selling rugs, appliances, cars, or furniture. You will be talking to a Kramer who will be honest and straight, and give you a fair price. They stand behind what they sell, which is not always true in the RV industry. They are good people, sometimes hard to get in touch with, but good people who will treat you fair.

We purchased every camper we owned at Kramers with Pete, 8 of them to be exact! He's always been honest and fair with service and trade value. We recently sold our travel trailer to a private buyer and encouraged him to use Kramers for any needs. We are moving on to a used motorhome but consider Pete a valued friend!

The selection, and the price points covered a large range. Everyone that I dealt with was extremely helpful, and knowledgeable. I drove five hours to shop there, and it was totally worth it.

We could not be happier with our experience! I took quite a bit of time researching the best places before purchasing our new Lance 2375. We were willing to travel but I preferred someone within a days drive for future service if possible. I called representatives of the company as I researched the product. They put me in touch with the "experts" for this specific make and model. As I got deeper into discussions with several individuals and read user/owner reviews and comments, it became easier to identify who knew what they were talking about. Pete Kramer serves on the board for Lance and there was nobody more knowledgeable. His helpful attitude was also the best that I experienced, though everyone was great. He truly loves his work and it shows. Kramers is a great family business that is fortunate to have his oversight. We got a very fair deal on our price, but the extra care that he has given makes it a far better bargain. I highly recommend Kramers Kampers.

Went to buy a water inlet for my antique slide in camper. This is my first camper, and I bought it elsewhere. The sales lady was very personable and was very patient answering the numerous questions I had even though I was only buying a $16 part and installing it myself. She didn't try to upsell anything and their prices were comparable to buying online.

When buying a new camper there are always a few problems. Loose screws loose clamps etc. Just remember that Kramers Kampers will always step up and take care of all the problems. They have for me in the last 27 years.

We bought a new camper from Kramer's two weeks ago and have nothing but wonderful things to say about the experience. From first meeting Pete at the RV show to the working of the sale to just today when I am having an issue with new camper, Pete has been great. When making big purchases like a new camper, I am all about customer service. Obviously you can buy the same type of camper from many different sales places, but it is the customer service that makes me choose where to buy from. I had and still have many questions about the new camper and Pete is happy to answer them. You have to be able to rely on the dealer who sells you a camper to help you when issues arise, even with new campers since those even have issues sometimes. Kramer's Kampers is definitely a place that can be relied on to help in these situations and I highly recommend them based on this. Very friendly, family run business which you can see from the moment you start working with them. I have seen negative comments about them not returning calls and to those with those issues I will say that Kramer's is still a very busy rv dealer, so it might take time to return calls especially when I am sure they are giving people in store they same kind of attention I received while there. Pete has and still does return my calls for questions/issues I have had, even after me purchasing the camper. I cannot say the same for other dealers, most will forget about you right after you pay them your money for the camper. In closing, I highly recommend Kramer's, I drove an hour and a half to purchase my new camper because of the customer service I received and continue to receive from Kramer's. I would do it again too most definitely.
